How to Have Victory Over Sin
“We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin.” Romans 6:6
I want to encourage you with this thought, you can be free of the dominion and power of sin in your life! So many Christians today believe they are failures and have lost hope because they have messed up. There is a breakthrough for you! That’s why I am so passionate about helping believers step into their purpose and destiny of victory. Why should sin be your master when as a believer you have been bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ?
The key to victory over sin is to know who you are in Christ. In Christ you have been set apart and filled with the Spirit of the living God which gives you the power to live a new life. You don’t have to be plagued by constant failure and defeat. You are an over comer!
So as you go about your days as a believer in Christ, remember this foundational truth that you’ve been bought with a price, the Spirit of God dwells inside of you, and you never have the power to resist the temptation of sin. The victory is already yours… live in it today! Victory over sin is yours by – ALWAYS remembering who you are in Christ!
