“But set Christ apart as Lord in your hearts and always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks about the hope you possess. 16 Yet do it with courtesy and respect, keeping a good conscience, so that those who slander your good conduct in Christ may be put to shame when they accuse you. 1 Peter 3:15-16 (NET)

I remember it like it was yesterday, but it was well over forty years ago.  I played running back  for our high school football team.  The offense we ran often had me split out as a receiver.  In this one particular game we were running pass play after pass play and most of them were coming my way.  I caught eleven passes for over 100 yards.  I still remember in detail  several of the catches made in that game.   It’s funny how people can remember certain life experiences and can talk about them at a drop of a hat as if they happened yesterday.

When Christ comes into our life, it’s a life experience more important than any other event that ever happens to us.  I remember that moment in my life like it was yesterday.  Yet, it happened to me at youth camp years ago.  It was a life changing experience.   If ever there was an experience in our life that we should remember and want to talk about it is our encounter with Christ.  So if He really has come into your life, you’re going to want to tell others about it.  You may be hestiant to share, but if you’ve truly been changed by Him,  your going to want talk about His amazing grace and how it saved a sinner like you.

There are some believers who don’t think their testimony is all that powerful. They think, “I’ve never done drugs or did anything like that, so people aren’t really moved by my testimony.” Well, the same grace that saved you is the grace that saved a person from the worst situations in life. So your testimony matters! You testimony is powerful.  Your testimony can change a life.
Your testimony of the good news of Jesus is important. That’s because it’s about God, not about you. Share it with others as evidence that your life is truly changed!
No matter your background or circumstances

YOUR TESTIMONY REALLY MATTERS!

You have a story that needs to be told. Be ready to an answer about the hope you have. Share your story of God’s grace with as many people as you can.
